Heuristic Evaluation
1. Feedback

Users can easily see which advertisement is displayed now and which link is pointed by the mouse.

Users know what kind of announcements they are now watching.
2. Metaphor
-
“客服專區”, “智能客服小咩” icons are confusing. “智能客服小咩” icon is more like the real person’s customer service.
-
The icon has no relationship with “疫後振興及低碳智慧納管專區”.
3. Navigation

If we click on some buttons, it just pops up new web pages, and we can’t go back to previous web page by clicking homepage icon and backward button.

There are shortcuts that direct to intelligent customer service and the top of the page.

Alt+U is unnecessary and all shortcuts are not working for IOS users.

Some links in breadcrumbs do not work.
4. Consistency

The navigation section on different page are almost the same, still the English version and part of the contextual link are kind of inconsistent

The color arrangement of the navigation section is consistent, and the button on the very right side are aligned.
5. Prevention

We can still tick the checkboxes of service even though there aren’t provided in some area.
6. Memory

Remind users of the rules for accounts and passwords.
7. Efficiency

Shortcuts are provided but are explained in the website navigation, users have to find out for themselves.

Provide popular search.

Frequently used functions are fixed on the page for quick access.
8. Design

Latest data should be displayed first rather than the oldest.

The date should be placed on the left side to make it easier for users to check.

The left column is a bit redundant since the type of currency is specified above.

There is nothing in “公司治理規範”.

The local bar is a bit annoying, users have to move the mouse carefully.
9. Recover

If the login page is left idle for too long, users will be instructed to reload to ensure security.

Inform users if they choose the unavailable date.
10. Help

The FAQ is available to users at the bottom of the homepage.

Website navigation is fixed on the global bar.
